Your deal page shows target dates we track to keep your transaction moving — inspection deadlines, financing dates, closing, and similar. They are planning estimates, not guarantees. Real estate deadlines can change, and the dates that legally control are the ones in your signed purchase contract. If something on your deal page looks wrong, contact us right away.
Your sign-in is for you, and access is limited to the clients on a transaction. Please keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity that happens under your sign-in.
Using this site or portal does not by itself create an agency relationship. Our representation is governed by the written agreement we sign with you.
