Home valuation requests. When you ask for a home valuation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about the property you are asking about.

Client sign-in. To view your deal page you sign in with your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (your name and email) from Google. We use this only to identify you and show you your own deal — nothing more.

Basic usage. We record simple, non-identifying activity such as which links on this page are tapped, so we can tell what is useful.

To respond to your request, to give you access to your deal page, to keep your transaction organized, and to stay in touch with you about your real estate needs.

We share your information with our customer relationship management system so we can follow up on your request and keep your file in order. We also use service providers that host and run this site and portal, who may process your information on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep your information while you are a client or while we are following up on your request. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing cheryl@gowithcheryl.com. We will take care of it promptly, except for records we are required to keep by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and limit access to it. No website can promise perfect security, so please keep your sign-in details private.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
